Robert-White-for-Website

Robert White
Board Member

Robert White is the Lead Pastor at Freedom Church in Bedford, Texas. He and his wife, Marisha, have two beautiful daughters; Makenzie and Makayla. Robert grew up in Long Beach, California where he spent most of his life running from the destiny God had placed in him. As the son of a Pastor, Robert was the "typical PK." In proximity to completing his education at California State University at Dominguez Hills, Robert had an encounter with God that would alter his life's path.

After accepting his call to be a mouthpiece of the gospel of Jesus Christ, Robert began to work alongside his father, the Late Pastor Robert L. White, in ministry as a Worship Leader, Young Adult Leader, and preacher. In July 2006, Robert and his wife sensed God telling them it was time for a change. After prayer and research, they relocated to the Dallas/Fort Worth area and continued to develop their ministry at the Cornerstone Baptist Church. Robert served as Youth/Young Adult Minister for several years before being sent by Pastor McKissic to lead and launch Cornerstone Church North (now Freedom Church).

The heart of Robert’s message is rooted in the years he spent rejecting God's plan for his life. His call is to preach destiny to a generation, so that they avoid wasting years trying to be everything but what God has called them to be.  Robert is a young and refreshing voice, committed to making God's word real and relatable to those who hear.
